Due to the recent surge in Covid-19 and the pressures on the NHS, we have been asked to stop any NON-ESSENTIAL work immediately. We are asking that you ONLY call us or do an online consultation if you have an URGENT request. Read More
Appointments
We have introduced a Total Triage system to improve the way patients access the practice online, improve how we deal with rising demand and minimise the number of people coming into practice.
If you require medical advice please complete an online form outlining your medical need and a GP will review your request for medical advice and deal with it in the most appropriate way in line with medical urgency. This may be via phone, video call or online response. If you do need a face to face appointment then the GP will arrange this for you.
The online form can be found here or you can complete it via the NHS app. If you cannot use online access don't worry, our reception team will complete this form with you.
For non-urgent issues, please follow the guidelines below and choose the right service, which can help you without any appointment. This will help us being more efficient and making an appointment available to you when you need it the most.
1
Pharmacy
Your pharmacy can advise you on minor illness without the need of an appointment. Please speak to a pharmacist first.
2
Online Consultation
Our Online Consultation service will let you request advice, treatment, sick notes, GP letters, recent test results and more. Fill out a quick online form and we will deal with your request before the end of the next working day.
3
Call the Practice
If you cannot complete an online consultation form our reception team will complete a form for you. Please call the practice and they will take details of your request and pass it to a doctor for triaging alongside the online eConsult requests. We triage all requests by the end of the next working day in order to deal with matters in order of medical priority.
