PATIENT ACCESS CHANGE TO LOGIN PROCESS

To ensure the highest level of security to your confidential NHS medical records, Patient Access will now be asking patients to enter a 6 digit time-based passcode each time they sign-in, as well as their username and password. To access a passcode, patients will need to install an authenticator app on their mobile, tablet or desktop device.

For step by step instructions on how to set up the authenticator app please go to Sign-in or register using two-factor authentication | Patient Access Support Portal.

Note: If you have biometrics (Face ID or Touch ID) enabled, you will not be asked to enter an authentication code each time you sign-in. Alternatively, if you are within England, you can use NHS Login to access your Patient Access account instead. 

If you are experiencing difficulties with the authenticator app or logging in, please go to the Patient Access troubleshooting page or call and ask to speak to our registrations team.

We have raised a query with Patient Access to find out if there is a way of logging in without the authenticator app but have not yet had a response.

Clinics for the COVID Spring Booster 2024 will be held in May 2024

Clinics will be running at Farnham Hospital on the following dates in May:

• Wednesday 1st May
• Wednesday 8th May
• Wednesday 22nd May
• Wednesday 29th May
• Wednesday 5th June

Text Message Invitations will be sent to eligible patients. Please use the booking link to secure your appointment.

You may be offered a spring COVID-19 vaccine if you:

• are aged 75 years old or over
• live in a care home for older adults
• are aged 6 months old or over and have a weakened immune system
