Bereavement Support Group

A group set up to support people who are grieving for the loss of a loved one and need someone to talk to. Informal, friendly get-togethers which provide an opportunity to meet other people in a similar sitation. 

Meetings are every Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 3 - 4.30pm, and every second and fourth Monday evening 7 - 8.30pm at Spire Café, South Street Farnham GU9 7QU.

Hale Sure Start Children's Centre - New Parents Group

For parents with their baby aged between 7 and 16 weeks of age.

A small group session lasting 4 weeks.

Meet other local parents with young babies.

Discussions about early child development.

Baby massage taster session, introduction to baby sing and sign and infant first aid included.

The group is led by the outreach workers at Hale Children's Centre who will provide opportunities to ask questions and receive guidance and support.

1.20-2.30pm *the session on the 20th will be extended until 3.30 for baby first aid*

Free course however donations appreciated towards the cost of baby massage and first aid. Available for GU9 families.

MS Support & Therapy Group

We are a small, friendly group of people of all ages with Multiple Sclerosis who meet at Cove Cricket Club most Thursdays 10am-1pm for coffee, a light lunch, advice and a chat. Therapies range from seated yoga and fitness exercises to Reiki and reflexology. New members welcome.
