MS Support & Therapy Group
We are a small, friendly group of people of all ages with Multiple Sclerosis who meet at Farnborough Community Centre most Thursdays 10am-1pm for coffee, a light lunch, advice and a chat. Therapies range from seated yoga and fitness exercises to Reiki and reflexology. New members welcome.

Do you know someone who is grieving from bereavement and would like support? If so, bring them along to our informal friendly get-togethers. Over a cup of tea, they can meet others in a similar situation.
