Please be aware that we are experiencing unprecedented levels of demand at the moment and despite our best efforts, we are finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with this demand. Our waiting time now for a non-urgent appointment is around 3 weeks. If you feel you need to contact us, please consider if there are other avenues that may give you a quicker answer. Read More.
To ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff at Farnham Dene Medical Practice we have moved to remote working wherever possible. GPs and nurses are available to deal with your medical queries and the best way to contact them is via our eConsult service online. If you cannot use the online system our reception team will do this for you.
Our reception team are available to help with queries by phone and our site at Farnham Centre for Health is open for pre-booked face to face appointments Monday - Friday.
Our Bourne site will remain closed to all patients with the exception of those who are very vulnerable and those attending a pre-booked appointment. Access to the Bourne is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. To help us protect our vulnerable patients and keep footfall to a minimum, please stay away from the Bourne site and direct all queries to our site at Farnham centre for Health.
For our opening times during this period, please follow those detailed for Farnham only.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM COMING TO THE SURGERY UNLESS YOU HAVE A BOOKED APPOINTMENT TO ATTEND.
YOUR SUPPORT AND UNDERSTANDING DURING THIS CRITICAL TIME IS MUCH APPRECIATED.
PLEASE NOTE: Prescriptions will now be sent directly to pharmacies through EPS (electronic prescribing service). Therefore if you haven’t nominated a pharmacy and usually collect from:
- Our Bourne surgery we will send your prescription to the Bourne pharmacy.
- Our Farnham centre for Health surgery we will send your prescription to Rowlands Pharmacy.
Please check our Repeat Prescriptions page for more details.
